Developing standardized capacity building for teachers X

Developing an environment/culture where an effective system of knowledge sharing takes place. There is a huge lack of effective & consistent and standardized inter-institutional knowledge flow for educators'.

Teachers aren’t able to continually assess how their teaching could further improve student success, based on practical experience and ability to innovate a range of techniques that meet the needs of every student.

So the question is: How do we build the capacity of educators and leaders to continuously learn, innovate and improve?

توفير بيئة ثقافية تسمح بالتبادل المعرفي في ظل غياب نظام مؤسسي فعال للتبادل المعرفي بين العاملين في مجال التعليم.

لا يتوفر للمعلمين الوسائل التي تمكنهم من تقييم ما يحتاجون إليه من أجل تطوير وتحسين أدائهم ولذلك لابد أن تتوفر له الفرصة الإبداع واستخدام الوسائل التي تناسب احتياجات الطلاب وميولهم.

وهنا يبرز السؤال : كيف يتم بناء قدرات المعلمين والعاملين في مجال التعليم والقيادات التربوية بطريقة تسمح لهم بالتعلم المستمر والإبداع والتطوير من مستواهم.

In the wake of the pandemic, schools around the world have had to face the rise of the challenges of the virtual classroom. This sudden arrival has not only amplified existing digital challenges but presented a host of new challenges to school management, educators, parents and students alike. Some of these challenges are:

• Monitoring & maintenance from the cloud.
• Dealing with distractions.
• Students struggling with isolation.
• Internet issues with the students.
• The need for parent collaboration.

زامناًً مع جائحة كورونا واجهت مدارس التعليم حول العالم تحدياً كبيراً وكان عليها التوجه للتعليم عن بعد. وقد فرض هذا النوع من التعليم تحدياً كبيراً أيضاً على الإدارات المدرسية والعاملين في مجال التعليم وأولياء الأمور والطلاب. وبين هذه التحديات:

• مراقبة وصيانة التعليم الإلكتروني.
• التعامل مع المعوقات.
• مشكلات الطلاب.
• مشكلات الإنترنت.
• الحاجة لدعم أولياء الأمور.

Enabling inclusion and accessibility X

Students, particularly females, are sometimes faced with the challenge of going to school, whether it is because the nearest school might be far away or lack of transportation facilities in the area or due to social/cultural factors.

In addition, school infrastructure and curricula need to better accommodate the learning needs of children with disabilities.

Refugees’ and migrants’ access to education and early childhood care and education needs to be expanded. Access to quality education is also hindered by large class sizes and high student-teacher ratios, and school infrastructure that needs to be upgraded.

الاحتواء وإتاحة الفرص X

تواجه الطالبات بشكل خاص العديد من التحديات أهمها بعد مقر المدرسة وعدم توافر وسائل مواصلات مناسبة, بالإضافة للحاجةً الماسة لتحسين البنية التحتية للمدارس وتطوير المناهج بالمدارس من أجل تلبية احتياجات الطلاب من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة واحتواء اللاجئين والمهاجرين. ومن أكبر المعوقات التي تحول دون تحسين الخدمات التعليمية هي ارتفاع أعداد الطلاب في الفصول وتردي حالة المدارس.
